1870 (6 Dec.) "Par Ballon Monté/République française" headed wrapper from Paris addressed to Brussels bearing 30c. Empire Laure cancelled by numeral in star of dots obliterator and partially by despatch c.d.s. The reverse with arrival (10.12) c.d.s. Some faults including creasing and staining still a scarce and interesting piece of history.
