1853-60 'Empire non dentele' Issue
1853 (Nov.) entire from Paris to Tampico, Mexico marked "Par l'Angleterre" and "Steam-Packet" bearing 1852 'Presidence' 25c. vertical pair and a 1fr. dark carmine with large margins, cancelled by star of dots obliterator. The reverse with transit ligne-de-calais (30.11) c.d.s. Envelope with some faults and partially reinforced though the 1fr. very fine and desirable combination. Scheller Certificate (2024).
