Mangaratiba (RJ). 60r. black, good to mainly large margins, very fresh used with negative "mangaratiba" framed handstamp (Ayres 1351). Very fine and most desirable, the only "Bull's Eye" recorded exhibiting this cancellation, with the added distinction that the use of negative postmarks is exceptionally rare on this issue.. RHM 2.
