Constitução (SP). 60r. black, an excellent example displaying frame lines at left and base, very attractively used with neat, large "constitucao" circular handstamp (Ayres 1569). Of the fewer than ten examples known, this is the only recorded so far applied in blue, with this colour additionally being, in general terms, rarely found in this issue.
