"Estimated Number of Newspapers bearing the Impressed Stamp.", "Estimated Gross Revenue for each Town." for the towns Aughnacloy, Coleraine, Derry, Donegal, Dungannon, Enniskillen, Lisnaskea, Moy, Newtown Butler, Newtown Limavady, Omagh, Strabane". With observations from G.C. Cornwall and issued by Rowland Hill; offered together with free front to G.C. Cornwall signed by George Keppel. Most unusual.
