1898 Hope Standing, a collection including master die proofs with blank value tablets (2) in black on glazed card (92x60mm.) marked "before hardening" and dated "14 jul 97"; mint comprising 1d. to 2/-, 3/-, 5/-, 7/6d., 12/-, £2 and £5; used with a large quantity including 7/6d. (14), £2 (6), £4 (2), £5 (4) and £20 (4), many on pieces, some in combination with other issues, showing a wide range of cancellations and places of usage; and documents including Receipts (21), Deeds of Transfer (26, one bearing 12/- (rare used and here used on a document) and KE £1, one with 12/- pair, one bearing £2 pair and five £20, and another bearing £20 plus OFS KE £1 and £5), Special Power of Attorney, Mortgage Bond (4) and Deed of Hypothecation; also Penalty 1911 £5 fine mint (very rare in this condition). A most interesting lot well worth close inspection, especially for the specialist\
