(Anna Catharina): 1874 (7 May) envelope from Anna Catharina to Scotland, bearing 1875 perf 15 24c. deep green tied by fine strike of the very rare "b g/w 4 c" coded datestamp (Type D2) showing day of month in manuscript with, on reverse, another very fine strike, Demerara (7.5), London (29.5) and arrival datestamps; the 24c. stained at lower left and the envelope with some minor peripheral faults.
