1874 (7 Nov.) double rate envelope from Georgetown to Wyoming, bearing 1866-71 perf 10 2c. orange strip of six and pairs (2), each cancelled by "A03" obliterator, showing fine Georgetown "pa4id" accountancy d.s. (Type A7) in red and "new york/u.s. currency" h.s.; the strip slightly over-hanging the top of the envelope and one crossed by light vertical crease, nevertheless and rare and spectacular franking.
