4c. black on deep blue horizontal pair Types I-II. touched or just into on all sides, lightly cancelled by light Demerara double-arc d.s.; pressed corner creases and the typical surface rubbing as encountered with these delicate stamps. A very rare multiple, only five pairs recorded in private hands, representing the largest multiple known, and with four of these affected by imperfections. S.G. 10, £24,000. Photo
