1815 (21 May) page long petition in French headed "A La Majeste L'Empereur Napoleon", signed by Arsenius Tenuko, a Grecian Archimandrite asking for treatment similar to that of other Greek and Egyptian refugees; archivally meshed to album page along edges, fine and most interesting.

Notes: This petition was sent during the Neopolitan, Hundred Days War during which time Napoleon had arrived back from Exile in Elba. Napoleon's reign would soon end.
