Silver medal in the original leather presentation case with the Prince of Wales's feathers in gilt on the lid, the neck ribbon attached, with conjoined busts of the Prince and Princess of Wales facing to the right, Elkington, the manufacturers inscribed minutely below the busts, and the badge of Prince George on the reverse. Inscribed for the Visit to India. Only 72 medals were struck, 70 were bestowed on British and Indian officials (51mm)
