1953 Coronation Summons to the Lord Bishop of Salisbury, "Right Reverend Father in God", signed at the top by the Queen "Elizabeth R" and countersigned by Norfolk, the Earl Marshal, commanding him to attend the Coronation on 2nd June 1953 "(all excuses set apart)", with a preprinted envelope to the Earl Marshal's Office and two blank cards either accepting or declining "Her Majesty's Command".
