U.P.U. Specimen Stamps
"2½" on 1a. and "2½" on 3a., both with Type 12 surcharge in brown-red and the UPU overprint with stop after "Africa" for distribution as "Specimens", both with large part original gum, hinged to piece from an official collection and tied by large "cancelled" h.s. with green tick marks to lower right of both stamps. A unique and attractive piece with the "2½" on 3a. showing prominent constant variety diagonal fraction bar [36]. Photo
