1894 (Sept.) envelope to Luton bearing 1894 (May) 1d. vermilion bisected diagonally and 1894 (1 Jan.) 2d. green bisected vertically, used in combination with 1892 2d. grey-green and carmine and 1d. dull blue, all tied to envelope by 'bonny' squared circle cancellations, 'registered/ liverpool' oval at foot and 'luton' arrival on the reverse; some minor foxing in places. S.G. 47b, 52b, etc.
