Patriotic Design (Walcot 2129 var, Rickard's & Co. imprint) cover addressed to Germany marked 6½ in red crayon and with 6½ blue h.s., tied by despatch c.d.s. with adjacent New York (30.11) c.d.s. The reverse with Hamburg (14.12) and Gottingen nachts (14.12) c.d.s. Flap roughly opened and minor edgewear, still an attractive overseas destination.
