1903 Roosevelt reprint Die Proof Ink Test in black of the 1865 5c., uncleared die and mounting holes for attaching to press, pencilled "127" (partially cancelled) at lower side, just cut into to large margins, light overall toned spots and a couple of creases not detracting the overall fine appearance, nevertheless a very rare item believed to be one of only two ink test for this value.
