1895 (24 Dec.) 1a. postal stationery from Dabein to Allahabad tied by despatch c.d.s. uprated with 1882 2a. cancelled by 'R' in bars obliterator the only recorded example with adjacent 'R/pegu framed handstamp. The reverse with Pegu (26.12), Rangoon (27.12), 'Allahabad dep' (2.1. 96) and 'Allahabad 2nd del' (3.1). Some peripheral faults though a unique item!
