1869-79 Postal history selection (12) comprising different duplex from Akyab, Bassein, Mandalay, Moulmein, Rangoon, Rangoon Cantonment, Thyetmyo and Tounghoo, including 1869 from Moulmein to Calcutta bearing 2a. strip of five cancelled by Moulmein duplex, 1870 Rangoon addressed to Bremen, Germany bearing 1866-78 6a.8p. cancelled by Rangoon Duplex and showing adjacent rare rangoon post office p.d. handstamp in red (Type PD3) One of only five recorded by Davis bearing this rare Paid handstamp. Very mixed condition and direct inspection recommended, a useful lot for the student of the area.
