SB-SC horizontal pair and SD-SL horizontal strip of nine, SI just shaved at top, otherwise all with close large margins all round, tied by black Maltese Cross cancellations on 1841 (7 June) large part entire from London to Monmouth, roughly opened at right and with another stamp probably missing at left, the stamps have been removed from the entire for inspection and replaced, light creases but fresh colour and fine. An extraordinary cover from the famous Powles and Tyler correspondence, Karl Louis states in his Certificate (2005) that "The strip of nine represents the second largest strip of the 2d. blue, Plate 2 used on cover known to me to date", additionally Engel Certificate (1971).
