1792-1864, a small group of maritime mail and ship letters including 1792 (23 March) letter headed "Ship Britannia off Dover" to London giving details of his tempestuous journey with "dover/ship-lre" handstamp and London receiving d.s. on reverse, 1811 entire letter from Charlestown to Westmoreland with fine "bristol/ship-letter" handstamp in red, 1811 entire letter from London to Isla de Leon, Cadiz, returned and readdressed to Orderley Room, Horse Guards with "ship/[crown]/letter" handstamp on face and "manchester/squ" double frame handstamp on reverse, two entires with relation to the Hospital Deck on H.M.S. "Sussex" and 1864 entire from Hull to Finland bearing surface printed 4d. and 6d. and showing "j.f. granberg&co./ship brokers/hull & grimsby" cachet
