1585 (6 Feb.) entire letter from Franco Cambi in Cologne to Bartolomeo Corsini in London, endorsed "h Cales a 23 febraro pra d alex Campari" (from Calais by the hand of), very fine, attractive and exceptionally scarce, there having been only seven forwarding agent endorsements recorded in the Corsini correspondence, this being the earliest dully dated and signed endorsement.
