1948 essay for a “Minister sheet” printed in blue on thick cream card (245x187mm) depicting the five coins (3m-50m.) and with Hebrew inscription and explanation of the purpose of the issue, with central box having all five values hand-drawn in pencil by the designer and with his signature (Otto Wallish) at right just below the box, believed to be unique, a great exhibition item.
