1948 hand-painted artist’s sketch of a presentation sheet (161x218mm) in shades of blue depicting 15m. stamp between two long vertical bars and showing olive branch, large drawing of the coin and inscription at lower side. On off-white card with grey backing (206x275mm), signed by the designer, Otto Wallish, at lower right, believed to be unique in this format. A wonderful showpiece item. Muentz Certificate (1999).
