1876-1900 Type Sage Issues
20c. blue, type I, 'N' under 'B', unissued, very attractively displaying a clear impression and intense shade, slightly centred to top -the few examples known of this stamp are found off centre-, good perforations, unmounted mint original gum. One of the rarest stamps of French philately and the rarest one of the "Sage" issues, this being a very fine example and possibly the best one of the few recorded.
