1940 (5 May) envelopes (2) from Kuala Lumpur to Glasgow and Singapore to London, flown by Imperil Airways and franked at 55c.; 1941 (10 May) envelope from Singapore to England, carried on the "horse shoe") route and franked $1.95; 1941 (18 Sept.) envelope from Penang to England, carried on the "horse shoe" route and franked at 50c.; 1942 (28 Jan.) envelope from Singapore to London, sent by shuttle service to Batavia, then via Port Blair and Rangoon to London, franked at 50c.; and (2 Feb.) envelope from F.P.O. 8 to UK, flown by last BOAC flying-boat out of Singapore and franked at 50c.
