1920 (26 Feb.) envelope addressed by Ross Smith to Mr. Len Gaden in South Australia, bearing deep blue vignette label and Straits Settlements 4c. (2) tied by "first aerial mail/great britain to australia" oval double-ring datestamp; the envelope creased and a little soiled. Extremely rare, one of twelve recorded covers originating in Singapore and the only one known bearing Straits Settlements stamps. Photo
