1892 (17 Mar.) envelope to Bassein, bearing ½a. cancelled by neat "rangoon/x" Crescent duplex (Type KD34), new earliest date (recorded in Proud 25.3.92-30.3.92), the reverse with Bassein (21.3) c.d.s. Some faults including envelope roughly opened at left with a part removed, though a rare cancel, only about three examples believed to exist.
