1916 (Sept.) ½a. black on white wove paper in complete pane of twenty-four se-tenant with 1a. black part pane of sixteen, new impression taken from the 1894 stone in three rows of eight just prior to the defacement of the stone; large hinge remnants along top and bottom on reverse, fine and very rare, with only five made before the defacement and this being the only still in private hands.
