A153, 1840 (28 Aug.), cancelled by red Maltese Cross signed by Francis Baring, and showing on the reverse Weymouth despatch c.d.s. Also an entire front cancelled by crowned free (18.10.38) c.d.s. and showing Baring signature. Mixed condition, the Mulready with some faults though an interesting duo.

Francis Baring was Chancellor of the Exchequer from 1839 to 1841.
