Britannia seated right, plain edge, 2.93g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1854; S.3958), die flaw to obverse, otherwise lustrous, uncirculated; another, 1860, as before, plain edge, 2.76g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1854; S.3958), some hairline die flaws, flashy and largely mint red, much as struck; also, 1873, as before, plain edge, 2.83g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1886; S.3958), lustrous, nearing uncirculated; and, 1878, as before, plain edge, 2.80g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1896; S.3958), lustrous, extremely fine; and, 1875 H, Heaton Mint, as before, plain edge, 2.91g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1892; S.3959), lustrous, extremely fine; another, 1881 H, Heaton Mint, as before, plain edge, 2.90g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1904; S.3958), hints of red, extremely fine; and, 1894, as before, plain edge, 2.86g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1924; S.3958), much as struck; additionally 'Old Head' Issues (2), Farthing, 1895, old head left, rev. Britannia seated right, plain edge, 2.91g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1958; S.3963), lustrous and mint red, as struck; another, 1898, as before, plain edge, 2.81g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1963; S.3964), with darkened matte finish so as not to be confused with the Half-Sovereign, extremely fine; lastly, Third-Farthing, 1885, laureate head left, rev. crowned date and value, plain edge, 0.94g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1937; S.3960), good extremely fine and struck for Colonial usage (10)
