Britannia seated right, plain edge, 18.91g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1484; S.3948), lightly marked to the cheek, otherwise the obverse handsomely minty-fresh red, lightly darkened to the reverse, a truly splendid much as struck; another, 1854 PT, colon after REG, as before, plain edge, 19.28g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1506; S.3948), lightly contact marked and speck of verdigris, some lustre to brown surfaces, nearing extremely fine; and, 1858 OT, colon after REG, as before, plain edge, 18.63g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1518; S.3948), struck from lightly rusted dies and light contact marks, hints of red to light brown surfaces, extremely fine; lastly, 1859 OT, colon after REG, as before, plain edge, 18.48g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1519; S.3948), pleasingly lustrous and largely mint red, much as struck; additionally, Halfpenny, 1854, young bust left, W.W. incuse on truncation, rev. Britannia seated right, plain edge, 9.17g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1542; S.3949), lustrous and areas of mint red, good extremely fine; and, Farthings (2), 1852, second 'Sovereign' head left, W.W. on truncation, rev. Britannia seated right, plain edge, 4.72g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1574; S.3950), areas of red, extremely fine; lastly, 1857, as before, plain edge, 4.75g, 12h (BMC [Peck] 1585; S.3950), overt carbon spots, yet with areas of red, extremely fine (7)
