Anne (1702-1714), Post-Union, 'Roses and Plumes' Halfcrown, 1713, DVODECIMO, second draped bust left, rev. four crowned shields cruciform, roses and plumes in angles, seven strings to harp, downwards lettered edge, 15.06g, 7h (ESC 584; Bull 1375; S.3607), a trace of die wear to hair fillets, otherwise quite brilliant and deeply and uniformly cabinet toned, an attractively good extremely fine, rare in this exemplary state
