William III, Solus (1694-1702), Sixpence, 1695, first laureate and draped bust right, rev. four crowned shields cruciform, three strings to harp, seven billets, edge obliquely milled, 3.04g, 6h (ESC 1532; Bull 1201; S.3520), hairline scratch from 2 o'clock on edge to bridge of nose, otherwise uniformly cabinet toned and lustrous, a pleasingly bold extremely fine
