REX • third crowned bust left, wearing ruff, XII behind, rev. (m.m.) [• CH]RISTO • AVSPICE • REGNO •:• oval garnished shield, [lys above] dividing C-R, ornate harp, 5.800g, 8h, m.m. plume (Hawkins 513; Brooker 445; Sharp C2/1; North 2221; S.2787), areas of striking weakness, otherwise toned, sometimes colourfully, centres good to fair, peripheries bolder than fine; another, 30 June 1631 - 21 June 1632, as before reading MAG .' BR .' FR .' ET • HI .' REX, no stops by obverse m.m., rev. reading •:• CHRISTO...etc, 5.720g, 5h, m.m. rose [over plumes on reverse] (Hawkins 513; Brooker 462/459, Sharp C2/1; North 2221; S.2787), rubbed to portrait, otherwise cabinet toned on a fuller, rounder flan, fine / nearing very fine with underlying lustre (2)
