Henry VII (1485-1509), Second Coinage, Halfgroat, York, crowned bust facing, breaking double tressure, no lys to breast, rev. *EIVITAS* *EBORACI* [sic] E for C in CIVITAS, smaller lettering, long cross pierced at terminals, trio of pellets in angles, voided lozenge at centre, 0.954g, 6h, m.m. lys (North 1713; S.2212), struck small, otherwise attractively cabinet toned with underlying lustre with hints of colourful huing, a pleasing very fine
