1c. black on magenta, a used example with enormous margins and large portion of adjoining stamp at right affixed to large piece, clear 'demerara' double-arc datestamp (12 Aug. 1853) and a further complete strike below; lovely fresh colour and free of surface rubbing, after the previous lot this is the second finest example known.
