CD, close to large margins, tied by two Maltese Crosses in red and "stockbridge" town d.s. in black to 1840 (16 Sept.) entire letter to the Stamp Office in Winchester; the letter written by the Post master of Stockbridge who is moving from the area and enquiring as to what he should do with his stock of stamps. Wonderful.
