1894-99 Specimen collection (49) including 1894 1c. yellow block of four and pair with overprint and punch hole, 1c. yellow block of four and vertical strip of three overprinted in error SPCEIMEN, 10c. yellow green block of six overprinted in error SPCEIMEN, 12c. blue, 1899 2c. rose block of eight and block of four with overprint and punch hole, 5c. blue block of twelve and block of five with overprint and punch hole all unmounted mint with fresh original gum, slightly mixed condition and with minor usual perforation separation otherwise generally fine a valuable group. Stamps signed and plated by A. Chang.
