1817-1863 stampless postal history selection (7) including 1817 (28 March) Official Printed Decree from Basse Terre to St. Pierre (Martinique) with Official cachet on the front; 1856 (28 Dec.) bulletin to Le Havre (one of the finest of the few examples of stampless printed matter mail known folded), with Pointe a Pitre datestamp, red framed "pd" and red Col. Fr. Angle/Amb. Calais K entry datestamp; 1859 (20 July) envelope to Le Havre with open Morne-A-L'Eau/(Guadeloupe) datestamp with the very rare framed "p.p" alongside, red framed "pd" and Le Havre entry marking in the same colour .
