jaffna: 1901 (20 Apr.) envelope registered from Germiston to Diyatalawa Camp and re-addressed to "Jaffna, on parole", franked 5d., showing Martial Law label at top and large oval Diyatalawa Camp Censor in violet; and 1901 (22 Nov.) envelope from Holland addressed to "Prisoner of War on parole at Jaffna", showing Martial Law label at foot and double-lined oval "passed censor p.o.w./e.j.b./diyatalawa" in violet. Scarce, only nine covers to prisoners at Jaffna have been recorded
