NGC AU | Victoria (1837-1901), 'Young Head' Halfcrown, 1885, Type A5, of inferior workmanship, bare head left, rev. crowned shield in wreath, milled edge, 6h (ESC 713; Bull 2765; S.3888), cleaned, light stain to neck, otherwise with uniformly grey surfaces, very fine, in NGC holder, graded AU DETAILS ~ Cleaned (Cert. #6946841-010); another, NGC UNC | Halfcrown, 1885, as before, milled edge, 6h (ESC 713; Bull 2765; S.3888), lightly wiped, nonetheless toned and with a pleasing residual lustre, bold very fine, in NGC holder, graded UNC DETAILS ~ Cleaned (Cert. #6946841-004); another, NGC AU58 | 'Young Head' Halfcrown, 1886, Type A5, of inferior workmanship, bare head left, rev. crowned shield in wreath, milled edge, 6h (ESC 715; Bull 2767; S.3888), scratched to obverse field and small edge bruise, nonetheless lustrous, very fine, in NGC holder, graded AU58 (Cert. #6946841-021); another, NGC UNC | Halfcrown, 1887, as before, milled edge, 5h (ESC 717; Bull 2769; S.3888), touch of softness to highest point of portrait, otherwise with a pleasing and flashy lustre, very fine / extremely fine, in NGC holder, graded UNC DETAILS ~ Obv Cleaned (Cert. #6946841-020) (4)
