St. George and Dragon, date in exergue, lettered edge upwards, 15.98g, 6h (W&R 218 [R3]; Schneider II, 635; MCE 470; S.3798), faint die wear to high points, otherwise pretty cabinet golden-orange tone overlying brilliant fields, a most pleasing and wholesome good extremely fine, extremely rare as a Proof of Record, in NGC holder, incorrectly identified as MS62 (Cert. #8220554-002)
