Mary, Solus (1553-1554), Groat, Tower, crowned bust left, wearing simply-jewelled plain bodice and pearl necklace, rev. square-topped shield over long cross fourchée, 2.09g, 1h, m.m. pomegranate (North 1960; S.2492); also, Philip and Mary (1554-1558), Shilling, 1554, Tower, full titles, busts vis-a-vis, crown above, dividing date, rev. crowned and garnished shield dividing value, reads POSVIMVS and ADIVTOREM, 5.58g, 11h (North 1967; S.2500), wear to the higher devices but otherwise toned, very fine (2)
