CIVI-TAS LOIC-ION, retro-grade D for first N, reverse-barred second N, long cross and trio of pellets in angles, 1.03g, 3h, of obviously base fabric, with obvious die-sinker errors, otherwise of accomplished and competent style, a small striking split at 12 o'clock, otherwise very fine, a rare survivor
