Roma seated right on pile of shields, she-wolf and twins on right, two birds in field, 3.84g, 9h (Crawford 287/1; Sydenham 559); and Roman Empire, Tiberius (AD 14-37), AR Denarius, 'Tribute Penny' variety, laureate bust right, rev. Livia, as Pax, seated right on throne with ornamented legs, holding sceptre and branch, PONTIF MAXIM in legend, 3.54g, 4h, (RIC I 30; BMCRE 48; RSC 16a), both rubbed to higher devices on slightly uneven flans, otherwise toned with a bold portrait, very fine (2)
