POSVI DEVM A[DIVTORE MEV] // CIVITAS [C]ORCAGIE, long cross, trio of pellets in angles, 1.55g [23.92grns], 6h, m.m. saltire cross fourchée (PAS ID: DYFED-2D5597 this coin; Oisín Mac Conamhna, BNJ Research Blog, 21 May 2024; Simon [1810] -; Lindsay [1839] -; DF -; cf. S.6353-6354), extensive chipping to left field, a large fragment thus, and of stable albeit lightly porous and field-toned fabric, the first appearance of this portrait in the Readeption, from previously unrecorded dies, strictly fine to very fine in parts, one of only six coins recorded for Cork of this reign, with very few in private ownership, EXTREMELY RARE and of the GREATEST SIGNIFICANCE to Anglo-Irish numismatics thus
