(g) NGC MS64 | George IV (1820-1830), 'Chantrey’s' Sovereign, 1825, Type 2, bare head left, rev. crowned garnished shield, edge milled, 8.00g, 6h (Marsh 10; MCE 476; S.3801), a superb ‘fresh’ example, the obverse fields with frosted mint bloom, the reverse likely struck with a proof die, a glorious FDC, rare in this exceptional state, in NGC holder, justifiably graded MS64 (Cert. #8220511-013)
