(x) NGC AU55 | George I (1714-1727), 'Roses and Plumes' Crown, 1716 SECVNDO, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, roses and plumes in alternate angles, eleven strings to harp, edge lettered upwards, 29.94g, 6h (ESC 110; Bull 1540; S.3639), softness to higher points, yet with a halo of dark-golden toning within the legends, a really pleasing and good very fine, in NGC holder, graded AU55 (Cert. #6767996-006)
