TR POT XV, Marcus Aurelius, togate and holding eagle-tipped sceptre, riding slow quadriga left, S-C across fields, COS III in exergue, 25.87g (RIC 1360b), detailed, well-preserved strike with a pleasant patina, very fine to good very fine, determined as 'Surface Possibly Altered, therefore Ingeligible Type' by NGC, hence ungraded [NGC Submission #8221849-025]
