NGC MS | Byzantine Empire, Constantine IV 'Pogonatus' with Heraclius and Tiberius (668-685) AV Solidus, D N CONSTANTINVS P P, helmeted and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear and shield, rev. VICOTRIA AVG D, cross potent upon three steps, flanked by Heraclius and Tiberius, each holding globus cruciger, CONOB in exergue, 4.53g (SB 1153; DOC 6d; MIB 5c), some scratches, but with a lovely portrait, full of detail, good very fine to extremely fine, in an NGC 'Ancients' holder, graded Mint State (Strike: 5/5, Surface: 5/5) [NGC Cert. #8220524-002]
